Renting. The charge is a rental fee, for one show only. The leads that you collect at the show belong to you.

5. Why not just collect business cards?

As well as contact details, information on an attendee's buying power, products and services of interest, budget, etc can be recorded when registering, and this data can also be captured by the exhibitor and follow up actions recorded which creates a comprehensive database for post event business development. This saves data entry time and ensures leads are not lost.

And besides, not every show visitor has business cards on them when they attend a exhibition.

6. Will offering Lead Retrieval be expensive to the exhibitors at my show?

Yes, we support smartcard,1D and 2D barcode & RFID badges. Additional charges may apply for proprietary badges.

12. Do you help us train the booth staff?

Yes, we do. If you need additional help, Event Management Solutions can provide on-site support during your event to assist your staff. Our technical team provides expert assistance at reasonable rates. As a registration contractor, you may have multiple shows being conducted simultaneously. You can't be everywhere, so why not rely on us?

13. What file format is the lead file in?

Your lead file is in ASCII, delimited file or .csv. This format converts easily to Microsoft Excel for easy CRM upload.

14. What information is included in the lead file?

Basically all the contact information captured during the registration process, plus relevant demographic questions and your qualifiers and notes.

15. Do I need to bring the scanner back to you every night?

No, please keep the scanner in a safe place and return it to the Registration Desk at the very end of the show.

16. How do I know that I have successfully scanned a badge?

You will hear a beep when you have successfully scanned a badge and a preview of the attendee's information appears on the screen.
