Her software training, support, development and project management skills were acquired while working for several Professional Conference Organisers. These were further enhanced while working as a trainer/implementer supporting customers using Certain's eventsPro and eventsInteractive software, and Rendezvous venue management software while working for Savio Solutions, previously the New Zealand agent for these products. In 2006 Claire established Event Management Solutions Ltd, and today the company supports a large group of organisations with these products and more.
