Cancellations received 1 month or before the booking will incur a $75 + GST cancellation fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded unless a fault can be found with the equipment and a replacement can not be provided (as per the terms and conditions of booking).
Delivery times for goods and services will be arranged with each customer.
Provided You have met Your obligations under the Service Terms of Use, on request Event Management Solutions Limited will provide You with a full export of the Data in a common file format determined by Event Management Solutions Limited.
