The World Dairy Summit and associated Business Meetings was held at the SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre from 4 November until 11 November 2010. This will be only the second time the World Dairy Summit has been to New Zealand shores, with 2001 being the first time.

The summit included 12 separate conferences, covering topics from farming practices to the consumer plate.  Over the four day summit in excess of 1200 delegates from around the world will be attending the various conferences sessions and events.

Attendee’s nametags were scanned at entry points to check eligibility to attend sessions and meetings, and various social events.  The nametags are encoded with a 2D barcode which contains ticket and registration information eliminating the need for the printing of multiple tickets.
